Lina Kay
Lina Kay is a 21-year old alt-pop singer-songwriter from the San Fernando Valley. Lina has had a passion for music from a young age, beginning with piano at age 5. At age 15, this passion expanded greatly as she began writing and singing her own music. After two years of honing her skills at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, she returned to her home in Los Angeles to study with her mentor Scott Goldbaum (Keys & Guitar for Charlotte Lawrence) and collaborate with producer Scott Gordon.

Despite her age, Lina Kay writes with the sophistication and skill of someone well beyond her years. Utilizing pop melodies with alternative soundscapes, her soothing but haunting sound effortlessly transports any listener to a space of unprecedented vulnerability and comfort.

Fueled by the ability to strike your emotional chords comes rapper and singer Ali Ryan. With highly developed lyricism and an alternative sound, Ali’s music captures the full attention of the listener.
Ali has been writing lyrics since she was a child and developed a love for rap at 17. She has an obsession with wordplay and a delivery that compliments her tone.
Coming from a small town in Connecticut, she defied the odds of staying close to home. Driven by a passion to evoke emotion through her music, she moved to California after finishing college in Texas.
Her latest single “Comfort Food” is available on YouTube. Paired with chilling theatrics, it’s hard to watch just once.
Chilltonix was formed in early 2019 with the goal of exploring the possibilities of the trumpet trio ensemble. Together, Los Angeles musicians Logan Kane, Benjamin Ring, and Ethan Chilton are pushing the trio form in new directions. Without a chordal instrument, trumpet and bass provide the melodic interplay that dictates the harmony, and rhythm becomes the birthplace of musical dialogue and form. With the recent introduction of electronic elements, an entirely new world of musical communication awaits.
Together, they perform original compositions inspired by their heroes; both the older masters- Freddie Hubbard, Wayne Shorter, and Joe Henderson- and contemporary artists- Aphex Twin, Kneebody, and Avishai Cohen. Chilltonix has only just begun searching for its voice, so there are many more things waiting to be discovered.
Ethan Chilton is a trumpet player, composer, and music educator from California, currently about to begin his senior year at the University of Southern California. In the past year, Ethan studied in Amsterdam for a semester with some of Europe’s best jazz musicians, and went on a world tour with rock legend John Fogerty. This summer, he continues to work in music education while performing across California and producing electronic music.
