Caroline Brooks

I was born and raised in Tyler, Texas, and fell in love with singing and playing the piano when I was about 7. My dad will deny it, but I think his unhealthy obsession with Neil Diamond led him to name me Caroline. I believe the first song I wrote was about how much I loved my cat, Skittles. I attended the University of Texas in Austin and moved to LA to pursue a career as a singer/songwriter in 2006. Since then, I’ve been collaborating with other musicians, producers, and songwriters… which has not only helped me grow as a singer/musician, but as a person. I write songs that are inspired by love (or something like it) and interesting conversations. After playing live and touring for a couple years, my EP (produced by Chris Franz) is finally ready to be released soon!
